PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claw structure of a chuck for precision processing mainly of a thin work. SOLUTION: A main claw 6 is provided with a hole 5 to admit insertion of a shaft 1 furnished with a bearing 2, one-way clutch 3 and sub-claw 4, whereby the sub-claw 4 is given a nature to turn freely only in one direction, and thereby fastening with chuck claws is established.
