PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a satisfactory maintenance property and keep the positioning precision of a switch block to an upper cover high. SOLUTION: In this private part washing device, a switch block 5 is arranged within the housing of a sleeve part 10 consisting of an upper cover 10b and a base 10a, and the operation part of switch of the switch block 5 is arranged on the surface of the upper cover 10b. The switch block 5 is mounted on the base 10a in such a manner that the vertical position is variable, and an elastic member 76 for energizing the switch block 5 upward to make contact with the inner surface of the upper cover 10b is provided. The maintenance property by removal of the upper cover is ensured, and the positioning precision of the switch block to the upper cover is kept high.
