PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved grinding/polishing/cleaning device capable of continuously grinding/polishing a plurality of objects and continuously carrying out. SOLUTION: A spiral protruding line 25 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of a substantially horizontal rotation drum 22. When an object to be ground/polished is charged in from a charge inlet 23, it rolls in the drum 22 and fed to an outlet by the action of the line 25. A centrifugal force type grinding/polishing material ejection unit 1 is arranged in the drum 22 and fixedly supported with a support frame 21. The unit 1 receives grinding/polishing material from a supply conveyor 24 and ejects the same onto the rotating object.
