BACKFILL INJECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backfill injection method by realizing recycling through the use of excavated slurry, stabilizing gel time and strength for a backfill material and further saving area for the site of a vertical shaft. SOLUTION: Driving is carried out while supplying slurry to the inside of a shield chamber of a shield machine 10 and stabilizing the facing 24 by the slurry pressure, and when filling a gap 30 between segment 16 and an excavated pit 28 with a backfill material 26, two processes are required: a classifying process for surplus slurry obtained by excavating with the shield machine by using enriching cyclone and a process of filling up the gap 30 between the segment 16 and the excavated pit 28 by using the slurry classified with the enriching cyclone as backfill material 26.
