PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement composition excellent in fluidity and excellent in water repellency and cracking resistance when hardened. SOLUTION: The cement composition consists of (A) hydraulic cement, (B) a silicone oil emulsion containing crosslinked silicone particles having 0.05-100μm average particle diameter in silicone oil drops having 0.1-500μm average particle diameter dispersed in water and, optionally, (C) an aggregate. The particle diameter of the crosslinked silicone particles is smaller than that of the silicone oil drops and the component B is used in such an amount that the total weight of the silicone oil and the crosslinked silicone particles in the component B is adjusted to 0.1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. |
