PURPOSE: A main amplifier is provided to perform a high-speed data transmission operation by preventing a signal delay phenomenon due to parasitic capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A current amplifier and current/voltage converter portion(31) is used for amplifying inputted signal current and converting the amplified signal current to a signal voltage. A voltage amplifier portion(33) is used for amplifying the signal voltage of the current amplifier and current/voltage converter portion(31). The current amplifier and current/voltage converter portion(31) is formed with the first and the second current amplifiers(31a,31b) and a current/voltage converter portion(31c). The first and the second current amplifiers(31a,31b) are used for amplifying the fine signal current. The current/voltage converter portion(31c) is used for converting the amplified signal current to the signal voltage, amplifying the converted voltage, and outputting the amplified voltage to an output buffer.
