PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the water discharging and stopping operation from a spout and the flow regulation at hand as a showerhead is held in the hand, in a water discharge device capable of freely moving the showerhead to an intended position with a shower hose to discharge water through the spout and to simplify the structure of an operation part and valve part therefor. SOLUTION: A cylindrical spool valve element 80 is rotatably provided on a showerhead 16 having a spout 18, so that the water discharge and stop from the spout 18 and the flow regulation are performed by the cylindrical spool valve element 80. The cylindrical spool valve element 80 has a rotating operation part 22 provided in the state exposed to the outside of the showerhead 16. A main water passage 38 for passing water at a large flow rate and a pilot water passage 46 for controlling the movement of a main valve 42 for opening and closing the main water passage 36 are formed in the inner part of the showerhead 16, and a pilot valve part 90 for opening and closing the pilot water passage 46 and a flow regulating valve part 92 for regulating the water quantity of the main water passage 36 are provided within the cylindrical spool valve element 80. |
