PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracking of beans during pressure reduction after heating with a bean boiling pot of a pressurization system for heating the beans in a prescribed state and to shorten the time required for prescribed reduction. SOLUTION: The pan body of the bean boiling pot having the pan body 1, circulating piping 4, a circulating pump 5, a heat exchanger 6 and a controller 8 is the pressure pan which has a circulating water ejection port 2 in the upper part in the pan and a circulating water suction port 3 in the inside bottom of the pan and which can be internally hermetically closed by closing the aperture in the upper part of the pan body with a lid 10. The circulating piping 4 is connected to the circulating water ejection port 2 and the circulating water suction port 3. The circulating pump 5 and the heat exchanger 6 are previously arranged in the middle of the circulating piping 4 and when the beans 9 housed in the pan body are heated in the state of hermetically closing the inside of the pan body, the temperature in the pan body may be lowered by introducing cooling water into the pan body in the pressure reducing stage after the heating of the beans. |
