PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing unit capable of suturing an outer peripheral part of a small section with small force by one time operation. SOLUTION: This automatic suturing unit is composed of a body 1 having an openable/closable one sandwiching member for shouldering one of sandwiching by being positioned on the under side of a living body tissue by enclosing so as to surround a tumor existing in the living body tissue (a) and a cartridge 3 installed in the body in response to the sandwiching member, where the cartridge 3 encloses staples 17, plural pushing-out blocks 18 for pushing out the staples and left/right each one actuators 19 for moving the pushing- out blocks in the direction for pushing out the staples in a resin case, and the left/right one actuators installed in the cartridge are actuated with a time difference by operating an operation lever arranged in the body for installing the cartridge to successively push down the pushing-out blocks 18 arranged along an arranging shape of the staples to suture the outer periphery of a biopsy small section including the tumor in a single operation. |
