PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treating tool capable of obtaining high excision capacity/hemostasis capacity even when using a perfusate. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic treating tool is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator for generating ultrasonic vibration, a vibration transmitting member 14 being connected to the ultrasonic vibrator and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibrator, a treating part 15 being arranged on the tip of the vibration transmitting member 14 and treating a body tissue by the ultrasonic vibration transmitted by the vibration transmitting member 14 and a pair of electrodes 103, 104 being arranged in the treating part 15 and carrying a high-frequency current mutually between the electrodes 103, 104. |
