PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control valve provided with a pumping mechanism enhancing a transition responsibility and enabling a quick response by a connecting device in the downstream side in a braking force control valve used for a fluid pressure actuating brake device for an automobile. SOLUTION: This braking force control valve used for an electric control brake device is provided with a housing having a first and a second flow passage, a coil connected to the housing, a ferromagnetic core magnetically interacted with the coil connected to the housing, and a spool connected to the ferromagnetic core. The spool forms a compression volume related with the housing; a plurality of sealing members fluid-tightly seal the compression volume, the coil is energized or de-energized for moving the spool in front and behind, and the spool generates a positive pressure by changing the volume of the compression volume, thereby generating pumping action.
