PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof/smokeproof shutter which can be easily installed even in a great length dimension to be arranged in the wide space and further can prevent the spread of the fire or diffusion of smoke by preventing lowering in the holding power of a shielded state with wind pressure caused by the fire or temperature rising. SOLUTION: A hollow weight 8, with which a base part 5 is formed flat, provided with a slit 7 capable of inserting a fireproof sheet 2 at an upper surface part 6 is further provided with an almost similar incorporated hollow weight 13 and made into weight A in double structure, the lower terminal part of the fireproof sheet 2 is passed through respective slits 7 and 12, this lower terminal part is equipped with a stopper 14 for fall-off prevention and the hollow weight 8 and the incorporated hollow weight 13 are divided at plural positions B and C mutually different in the lengthwise direction. Thus, the shutter can be easily installed in spite of the great length dimension and can easily resist a deformation with the wind pressure caused by a fire or temperature rising, the shielded state is held and the spread of the fire or diffusion of smoke can be prevented.
