PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair capable of relatively easily traveling at a place having a step, a gap between an electric railcar and a platform or the like by traveling the chair with rubber caterpillars by using the caterpillar. SOLUTION: A driving handle for mounting a rubber caterpillar at a wheel is connected to a caterpillar shaft by a chain. Since the caterpillar is mounted at the wheel, its stability is good. A gear is mounted in the wheelchair, it is easy to travel the chair. Since the chair is of a folding type, the chair does not take a large pace.
