PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body dryer having a blower which is excellent in operability, design, use feeling and comfortableness and is easy to design, install and construct and its designing method. SOLUTION: A human body dryer is remarkably miniaturized by using a blower capable of obtaining required air capacity and pressure in spite of slow rotation and a small size. Since an accelerating blade string 5 for increasing the speed of air flowing into the blowing blade 5 of the impeller of a centrifugal blower for making it flow out is used, a small impeller can be rotated slowly in order to obtain a sufficient pressure head and air capacity suited to a use. Not only the blower but also the human body dryer can be miniaturized by using the small impeller and the transmission of uncomfortable vibration or the occurrence of a gyroidal effect at the time of using can be prevented by rotating slowly, thereby comfortable and fast drying is realized.
