PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to perform the going up and down along a slope, which is incapable of being performed heretofore by a wheelchair, by oneself. SOLUTION: A speed reducer is attached to a wheelchair to enable a disabled person to go up and down a slope alone by the wheelchair to be connected and cut off by the operation of a lever 27 and the rotary handle 1 of the speed reducer is rotated by usual force to enable the disabled person to go up and down the slope.
