PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the sinking of a straw is resulted if the straw is formed to a length to fit exactly to a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) bottle, etc., when a person drinks portable water from the bottle and that the bottle cannot be capped when the straw is made longer to solve this. SOLUTION: These problems are solved by forming a floating bag and floating ring for the straw of a material, such as foamed styrene, which floats in water and does not absorb moisture in such a manner that the person is able to more easily drink the water by slightly floating the straw in the water at the time of drinking and is able to sink the straw when the bottle is capped.
