PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable pillow which is light in weight, may be easily formed to a compact form and is excellent in comfortability in use. SOLUTION: This portable pillow consists of an outer bag which has an air plug for discharging or introducing air and consists of a substantially gas impermeable material and a urethane foam packed therein. The hardness of the urethane foam is 7 to 14 kg/314 cm2 and the density thereof is 13 to 23 kg/m3. The portable pillow is compression foldable and has self-restorability. A portable pillow set consists of this portable pillow and a pillow cover which houses the portable pillow and has clasps for holding the compression form in the state that the portable pillow is compressed and folded.
