PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the expansion degree of an air mat for medical treatment, which prevents a bedsore from occurring for a patient under a bedridden state, who cannot freely move his body. SOLUTION: 1. A nozzle 1 is provided, and at the base section, an attaching screw which is attached to an air pump main body, and a rotating knob 2, which rotates a rotating screw, are provided. 2. An air-purging hole is provided on the nozzle 1. 3. The rotating knob 2, which has the rotating screw matching the rotating screw of the nozzle 1, on the internal wall, is provided. 4. The rotating knob 2 is attached to the nozzle 1, and the nozzle 1 is attached to the air pump main body. The mechanism of this air pump nozzle having an air-purging hole is formed by such a constitution.
