PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric hot water storage container with which tapping of liquid of an intrinsic temperature is possible even in an initial period of tapping start and washing of a liquid volume pipe is possible. SOLUTION: This electric hot water storage container has an inner container of a thermally insulating structure in which the liquid is housed, an outer case which houses this inner container, a shoulder part which is disposed at the upper opening edge of this outer case, a lid unit which is freely attachably and detachably fitted to the aperture of the shoulder part and covers the upper opening of the inner container, the liquid volume pipe which extends upward from the bottom of the inner container and a pouring pipe which is disposed in the pouring part of the shoulder part. The liquid volume pipe of the electric hot water storage container described above is extended upward from the bottom of the inner container within the inner container and is constituted as a separate body from the pouring pipe so that both are freely attachably and detachably connected to and from each other. Accordingly, the liquid volume pipe exists within the inner container and therefore the temperature of the liquid in the liquid volume pipe is maintained at the intrinsic temperature and the tapping of the hot water is possible even in the initial period of pouring. When the liquid volume pipe is contaminated, the liquid volume pipe may be separated from the pouring pipe and may be easily internally washed in an independent state.
