PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internally threaded fishing rod capable of properly draining water stored in a top guide. SOLUTION: A top guide 6 comprises a cylindrical rotor 10 having a fishing line lead route 110 in the interior, a first to a third ceramic rings 11-13 arranged in the rotor 10, a drain hole 15 for making the fishing line lead route 110 formed on the side of the rotor 10 communicate with an external world and a sinker 14 arranged on the circumference of the drain hole 15 in the rotor 10. The rotor 10 is installed in the inside of a pipe material 21 attached to the tip side of a tip fishing rod 4. The drain hole 15 is formed on the side of a diameter expansion part 10a of the rotor 10. The drain hole 15 may be individually formed or plural drain holes having relatively small diameters may be formed. The sinker 14 is attached to the inside of the rotor 10 in the vicinity of the drain hole 15.
