SOLUTION: In a method and apparatus for cleaning ground water, a cleaning well having a structure using pressure generated by the head difference between aquifers 1, 2 as drive force and generating the natural flow 7 in the well or between wells and an apparatus 6 or means for cleaning the ground water flow 7 are combined.
