PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively manufacturing a laminated metallic plate firmly joined. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the laminated metallic plate is featured that after ion-etching of at least one side of joining surfaces of the first metallic sheet 4 and the second metallic sheet 5, the first metallic sheet 4 and the second metallic sheet 5 are pressure joined and successively, a heating diffusion treatment is applied, in a vacuum vessel. |
