PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromotive transfer truck having a sufficiently low base plate and enabling a disabled or old person to easily to get on and off, an electromotive truck facilitating work at a standing position and a general-purpose inexpensive electromotorive transfer truck and a drive wheel set easily attached to an existing truck. SOLUTION: In an electromotive transfer truck, the wheel support frame 3 for supporting an electromotive drive wheel 2 is connected to the central part 1 of a truck base plate by a connection member 12 so as to load the electromotive drive wheel with a weight 1/2 or more the total weight of a truck at the central part 1 of the truck base plate and the attaching height of the wheel support frame is regulated by the connection member 12. A wheel driving motor 4, a battery 5 thereof and a motor control device 6 are mounted on the wheel support frame 3. Three or more non-drive universal wheels 7 are provided to the peripheral edge part of the truck base plate at positions surrounding the electromotive drive wheel 2 so as to stabilize the truck base plate on a floor. The operation of the wheel driving motor 4 is performed by the transmission and reception of a radio signal.
