PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin compound excellent in flexibility, transparency, blanching resistance, flawing resistance, tensile elongation property and stability of surface properties. SOLUTION: This olefin-based (co)polymer has (1) <=2.0 MPa tensile strength at break measured by conforming with JIS K 6521 and (2) tensile elongation at break EB (%) of the obtained resin composition satisfies the following relational formula, (formula 1) and (formula 2) : R[3/5]-R[2/6]>=0.15 (formula 1); S[2/6]>=-800 (formula 2) R[3/5] and R[2/6] indicate each a coefficient of multiple correlation of linear straight line obtained by approximating multiple regression curve within the interval region of Pa=0.30-0.50 and Pa=0.20-0.60 of multiple regression formula by using a method of least squares; and S[2/6] indicates a gradient of linear straight line (formula) obtained by approximating the multiple regression curve within the interval region of Pa=0.20-0.60 by using the method of least squares} when blended polypropylene resin having <=20 wt.% soluble component to a xylene at 20 deg.C therewith.
