PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular lime nitrogen composition which is capable of regulating a fertilizer effect and agricultural chemical effect without receiving the influence of soil kinds and without using an organic solvent of a water repulsive material and to provide the granular lime nitrogen composition which is provided with an effect of preventing the generation of dust, etc., in fertilizing and is excellent in handling in addition to such characteristics. SOLUTION: The lime nitrogen composition containing at least one kind selected from lime nitrogen, oxycarboxylic acid and its salt, ketocarboxylic acid or its salt, saccharides and lignin sulfonic acid or its salt and heavy oil.
