PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ALC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC production process which enables inhibition of defective voids from being generated in an ALC semi-hardened body. SOLUTION: This process comprises observing defective voids generated in an ALC semi-hardened body based on the observed state of void generation, mixing two kinds of products of an Al foaming agent, i.e., a coarse grain product A and a fine grain product B; and using the resulting mixture as an actual foaming agent; wherein the mixing ratio of the coarse grain product A to the fine grain product B is adjusted in such a way that the higher the defective void content, the higher the mixing ratio of the coarse grain product A to the fine grain product B.
