PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a composition that can be easily handled and is rapidly cured by using a vinyl polymer having a narrow molecular weight distribution and a low viscosity and containing an alkenyl group at the end with a high rate and provide electric or electronic part materials excellent in electric characteristics, heat resistance, weatherability, water resistance or the like by curing the composition. SOLUTION: This composition comprises as essential components (A) a vinyl polymer having at least one alkenyl group and (B) a hydrosilyl group-containing compound.
