PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an inorganic hardened body which is excellent in production efficiency and material efficiency and enables attainment of the inorganic hardened body excellent in performance. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an inorganic hardened body wherein a process (A) for obtaining a slurry-like mixture by mixing a hardening inorganic composition constituted mainly of SiO2-Al2O3-series reactive powder, an alkali metal silicate and water by a mixer and a process (B) for discharging the slurry-like mixture from the mixer and hardening it by heating are executed repeatedly, a part 3 of the slurry-like mixture obtained in the preceding process (A) is left in the batch type mixer 1 and a fresh hardening inorganic composition 4 is mixed therein in and after the second process (A).
