PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work of an air deflecting mechanism in an air outlet and to attain cost reduction and the improvement of air-conditioning efficiency by reducing joint parts. SOLUTION: A panel member 25 has a decorative plate part 26 forming a mounting part 28 of an air outlet 16, and a duct part 27 connected to the back side of the decorative plate part 26 and connected to an air duct 20. When the air outlet 16 is assembled to the mounting part 28 of the panel member 25, a housing 35 is accommodated in the duct part 27. Temperature regulated air delivered from the air duct 20 is therefore blown off to a cabin 65 through the housing 35 after flowing into the duct part 27.
