<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a seeding agent for a membrane separating activated sludge method which can be matched for a seeding agent for a countermeasure of the bulking in sedimentation separating method. SOLUTION: In a waste water treating system executing the membrane separating activated sludge method, mixed liquid in an activated sludge vessel into which specified waste water is flowed is subjected to solid-liquid separation into activated sludge and treated water by means of an immersion type membrane separator which is immersed in the vessel. The excessive sludge which is extracted from the activated sludge vessel is dehydrated and dried in a dehydration stage 12 and a drying stage 13 and, thereby, the seeding agent for the waste water treatment is produced by using the excessive sludge of the waste water treating system as raw material.</p> |
