PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a folding type envelope used for a direct mail, a letter and an advertisement. SOLUTION: In a constitution of a folding type reply-paid envelope, a second flap with a zip code column, a cutting line and a plurality of cutting perforations is formed continuously on a first flap with a cutting line, a folding line and another cutting line, a third flap with a cutting line, a folding line and another cutting line is formed continuously on the second flap, and a fourth flap with a zip code number column is formed continuously on the third flap, and also a left cutting piece with a left cutting line is formed on the left end of an envelope, while a right cutting piece with a right cutting line is formed on the right end of the envelope, and a pressure bonding paste is applied on the given sites on a first flap back, a second flap back, a third flap back and a fourth flap back. In a constitution of a table fusion bonding instrument, the given interval is provided between an upper roller and a lower roller on an entry section, and the upper roller and the lower roller are bonded together on an exist section. |
