PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a desired strength of an outer layer with a minimum cord ply number and to improve pressure resisting efficiency relative to the cord ply number, in the case of a double-structured hose including an inner layer and an outer layer and equipped with a means for detecting leakage of a fluid from the inner layer. SOLUTION: An asymmetric cord layer wound as a leak detecting means on the outer layer is wound only on a part of the entire length of the hose, and its inner end part is fastened to the outer layer while its outer end part is fixed to an annular rotary member rotatably positioned on a nipple. An exfoliation layer is provided between the asymmetric cord layer and the outer layer. When the outer layer is deformed by a pressure of a fluid leaking from the inner layer, the exfoliation layer is exfoliated to produce torsion.
