PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new prostaglandin derivative having excellent prostaglandin D2-like agonistic action. SOLUTION: This new prostaglandin derivative (a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof) is represented by the formula (X is a halogen; n is an integer of 1-5; R1 is a 3-10C cycloalkyl, 1-4C alkyl-substituted 3-10C cycloalkyl, 3-10C cycloalkyl-substituted 1-4C alkyl, 5-10C alkyl, 5-10C alkenyl or crosslinked cyclic hydrocarbon group; and R2 is H, a 1-10C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl or 3-10C cycloalkyl).
