PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive thin film which is easily produced and in which the carrier concentration is free from change with time. SOLUTION: In the superconductive thin film of Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox, the carrier concentration is made suitable without annealing treatment which causes the change with the lapse of time, the critical current density Jc is increased and the surface resistance Rs is lowered by mixing Bi-2212 in an concentration of 0 to about 11 mol.% every crystal lattice. As the dependency of the change of the surface resistance Rs or the like on the mixing ratio of the Bi-2212 is gentle, this superconductive thin film is easily produced without exactly controlling the mixing ratio.
