CARTON ATTACHED WITH NONMETALLIC CUTTER, CUTTER PRODUCING METHOD AND DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING CUTTER TO CARTON

PURPOSE: A carton attached with a nonmetallic cutter, a cutter producing method and device, and a method for attaching the cutter to the carton are provided to easily attach the sharp cutter to the carton, to safely draw out and cut a wrap web by attaching the cutter, and to improve the burning efficiency of the carbon. CONSTITUTION: A nonmetallic cutter(7) is made from hard papers with having saw tooth-shaped edges at one end which is formed by punching. A wrap web receiving carton for receiving the wrap web wound in a roll shape comprises a carton body(2) having an opening unit(3) through which the wrap web is drawn out, and the nonmetallic cutter for cutting the wrap web formed by punching the hard papers and attached to the wrap web-cut position of the carton body. A method for attaching the nonmetallic cutter to a carton(1) comprises steps for feeding a nonmetallic disc to upper and lower molds by a feeding device; punching the nonmetallic disc by the upper and lower molds to form the cutter; conveying and setting cartons one by one by a conveying device; and pressing the cutter to the carton at the predetermined position of the carton by an adhesive paste applied to the cutter while the cutter is sucked and held by the movable upper or lower mold. A device for producing the cartons and attaching the cutter to the carton comprises a conveying device for conveying the carton to be attached with the cutter; a pasting device for applying an adhesive paste to the predetermined position of the carton; a cutter producing and pasting device for cutting the nonmetallic disc continuously fed to form the nonmetallic cutter and pasting the cut disc to a pasting portion of the carton; a cutter roller having a cutter blade which is substantially extended in the axial direction and protruded radially outwardly from the cutter roller; and a suction roller having a flat surface for receiving the cutter blade and suction holes for sucking and holding the cut nonmetallic cutter.
