PURPOSE:To prepare the fat or oil powder containing a glyceride containing a highly unsaturated fatty acid, the fatty acid or the lower alcohol ester of the fatty acid, and capable of being utilized in a wide field as a food, a medicine, a feed, etc., and to provide a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION:When glyceride containing a higher unsaturated fatty acid group comprising one or more kinds of alpha-linolenic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, etc., in an amount of >=10wt.% in the fatty acid component of the glyceride, the fatty acid or the lower alcohol ester of the fatty acid is dried by a spray drying method or by a lyiophilization method, defatted soybeans are used as an excipient. |
