摘要 |
PURPOSE: To moderate the generation and receding of a halo in an interface with ink by adding a first ink containing a specified amount of fluorocarbon compound of a specific structure and a second ink with a specific range of surface energy as constituents. CONSTITUTION: A first ink represented by at least one formula [R (f) Q]nA; wherein R(f) is a 6-22C perfluoroalkyl group; Q is a divalent connective group; A is a water-soluble group; and n is a fluorocarbon compound showing 1 or 2 which is added in an effective amount to reduce the surface energy of the first ink to a level within the range of almost 15 dyne/cm of the surface energy of a second ink and also showing a clear edge acuity when an image is printed on a printing medium with the reduction of halo effects, and the second ink having 40 dyne/cm or below surface energy are blended. Thus it is possible to obtain an ink set for printing the image on the printing medium in at least two different colors. |
