PLATING SOLUTION FOR ELECTROGALVANIZATION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTROGALVANIZED STEEL STRIPS WITH UNIFORM APPEARANCE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A plating solution for electrogalvanization is provided to obtain electrogalvanized steel strips with excellent surface whiteness and brightness by adding magnesium ion to chlorine plating solution. CONSTITUTION: The electrogalvanized steel strip is manufactured by electro-plating steel strips with a plating solution comprising 0.5-2.3mol/L of zinc ion concentration, 2.0-11.3mol/L of chlorine ion concentration, and 0.005-1.0mol/L of magnesium ion concentration within the pH range of 2.0 to 6.0 in the plating solution temperature range of 40 to 70°C while applying current to the plating solution in the current density of 250 Å/dm¬2. In the composition of the plating solution, magnesium ion is one compound selected from MgO and MgCl2·6H2O.
