PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meso crystal of BaTiO3 and SrBi2Ta2O9 which are displacement type ferroelectric substances. SOLUTION: This BaTiO3 or SrBi2Ta2O9 meso crystal whose diffraction peak is not observed by an X-ray diffraction pattern but whose diffraction peak is observed by an electron beam diffraction pattern and/or whose Raman peak is observed by a Raman spectroscopy and which has a size in a range of 10 nmϕto 0. 1 mmϕ.
