PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form rapidly built constructs of a waterproof layer for a concrete member and to surely establish a method for executing construction work of the constructs. SOLUTION: This execution method of construction work comprises forming a moisture-setting resin primer layer 4 on a concrete base layer 1 on which a waterproof layer is to be formed, through a water-dispersible resin sealer layer 2 and forming a fibrous-material-reinforced waterproof resin layer 5 on the moisture-setting resin primer layer 4.
