A touch sensor is provided in or outside the single handle mixer, the sensor emitting a signal to a transmitter-receiver base which sends the necessary order to the electrical relays so that the latter can actuate the stop valves. Optionally, an electronic switch or a touch sensor is arranged in the faucet or single handle mixer, so that faucet or mixer will enable cold, mixed or hot water to flow out based on programmed commands.
