PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily capture the system setting contents of a computer, and to surely reproduce all specific setting at the time of re-installing an OS(operating system). SOLUTION: This computer is provided with a file editing part 2 for editing a file operation command group 1, a file storing part 3 for storing the file edited by the file editing part 2, a DB(data base) for file management for recording and managing the change and updated information of the file stored in the file storing part 3, and a DB operating part 5 for retrieving the DB 4 for file management when the file change and update is executed by an OS and reflecting the file change and updated contents on the DB 4 for file management.
