PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure cleaning work of a finned exchanger. SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus is provided, in which a first liquid injection nozzle 1 rotating around a vertical axis while moving vertically is mounted facing the center position of substantially annular finned heat exchanger heat exchanger C provided in a casing B with its lower surface being released, and a cleaning solution is blowm for cleaning toward an internal surface of the heat exchanger C. In the apparatus, there are provided a plurality of second liquid injection nozzles 2 for injecting a cleaning solution toward an interval formed between an outer circumferential surface of the heat exchanger C and an inner circumferential surface of the casing B. After the cleaning solution from the first liquid injection nozzle 1 is blown off, the cleaning solution from the second liquid injection nozzle 2 is injected, hereby cleaning is achieved for a portion which is difficult to be cleaned with the cleaning solution by the first injection nozzle 1.
