PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a AC signal changeover device that can satisfy conditions such as high speed performance, low ON resistance (low insertion loss) without power supply. SOLUTION: Primary terminal pairs T1, T2 of baluns BT1, BT2 are respectively connection terminals, and terminals T3 in secondary terminal pairs T3, T4 are connected together. The other terminals T4 of the secondary side terminal pairs are connected respectively to MOS transistors(TRs) FET1, FET2. Diodes D1, D2 are connected in parallel with the MOS TRs FET1, FET2. Drains D of the MOS TRs FET1, FET2 are connected to the secondary terminals T4 of the baluns BT1, BT2 and the sources S are connected to group. When a switching signal is applied to both gates G of the MOS TRs FET1, FET2, the MOS TRs FET1, FET2 are conductive and the other terminals T4, T4 of the secondary side terminal pairs of the baluns BT1, BT2 are conductive through ground connected to the MOS TRs FET1, FET2.
