PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric filter with an inexpensive structure that provides simple connection between 1st and 2nd insulation boards and less characteristics deterioration. SOLUTION: Also in the case of this dielectric filter, the ground part of a dielectric resonator 10 is connected to a ground conductor 9 of a 1st insulation board 6a and interconnects conductor patterns 3a to 3d placed on one major side of a 2nd insulation board 6c to electrically connect three capacitors 2. Then those points as the connection of a connection terminal 17 of the dielectric resonator 10 to the conductor patterns 3b, 3c, provision of a through-hole 4 to the conductor patterns 3a, 3d, and coverage of the entire board 6a with a metallic cove 12 are equal to those of a conventional dielectric filter. However, a conductor step difference section 13 placed on another major side of the 2nd insulation board 6c is projected, has a step difference and is formed to through-holes 4 of the conductor patterns 3a, 3d and connected electrically to the conductor patterns 3a, 3d and an input output terminal 7.
