PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device attached to ear for a cellular phone which can be used during a call, without having to hold it. SOLUTION: An inactivated means 2 for attaching on ear and a phone-holding means 3 extended in a single body, from the ear attaching means, are provided. For the means 2 for attaching on ear, a pair of clip pieces 4 facing each other is supported by a support part 5, protruding at almost the central part for free opening/closing. For the clip piece 4, its front end portion is provided as a clamping part 4a, while its rear end portion serves as a grasping part 4b with the support part 5 as a center, with an elastic member 6 fitted to the facing surfaces of the clamping part 4a, respectively. The phone-holding means 3 comprises a joint part 9, extending almost vertically, as one body from the clip piece 4 provided to the rear surface of the clamping part 4a of the clip piece 4, and an adhesive member 10 for holding the phone by adhesion provided on one side surface of the joint part 9 facing the contacting side of the clip piece 4.
