PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold retaining stockroom in which a cold storage device can be precisely and efficiently defrosted. SOLUTION: A water distributing member 9 is provided between a heat transfer case and a heat insulating member. Thus, when a cold storage device is defrosted, water can be applied to the cold storage device in a manner of shower through the water distributing member 9. Since the water can be uniformly distributed, unevenness in distributed water upon defrosting is suppressed to reduce an amount of water. Further, loss time as a result of requiring continuous attendance of a person can be eliminated.
