PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separation recovery unit for an oil injection type compressor to improve oil separation efficiency and durability and relieve time and labor for maintenance. SOLUTION: An oil separation recovery unit 1A for an oil injection compressor comprises a container 25 having an oil reservoir part 21 formed in the lower part of the inside, a gas and oil inflow port 22 and a gas outflow 23 formed above the oil reservoir part 21, and an oil outflow port 24 opened to the oil reservoir part 21, and an oil separation element 26 having a bottom covered with a member not allowing the passage of fluid therethrough and mounted on the lower part of the gas outflow port 23. A cylindrical current transforming member 3 is provided between the gas and oil inflow port 22 and the oil separation element 26 to hem the side of the oil separation element 26 and form a space part 4 to guide fluid from a position below the oil separation element 26 to a side.
