PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly avoid growth of a crack caused by low temperature contraction of a heat insulating support body even when a screw member for fastening of a piping support plate exists on the heat insulating support body. SOLUTION: A screw hole which is on an upper surface part of a heat insulating support body 4 molded of hard urethane foam and is to fasten a metallic support plate 6 to support piping 1 by a screw member 7 is formed into a stepped hole made of a slots 6a to allow insertion of screw shaft parts and slots 6b to allow insertion of the screw shaft parts but not to allow insertion of screw head parts.
