PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply a small quantity of oil mist in constant quantity per unit time in a long period of time without being influenced at all by kind of lubricating oil to use, a working condition of a spray lubricating device, etc. SOLUTION: This constant discharge spray lubricating device is furnished with a filter/regulator 1, an air change-over valve 2, an oil mist producing device B communicated to a passage 3 on one side of the air change-over valve 2 and a constant oil supply pump 12 arranged in a passage 4 on the other side of the air change-over valve 2. The oil mist producing device B is furnished with a side dome 6 for oil dripping monitoring, a venturi mechanism 5 and an oil virculating line 15 to circulate oil reserved on a bottom part of a pressure oil tank 8 again to the venturi mechanism 5, oil reserved on the bottom part of the pressure oil tank 8 is forcibly sucked up by an oil circulating line 15 and returned to a circulating oil inflow chamber by using negative pressure generated as compressed air flows in the venturi mechanism 5, atomization is continuously carried out by passing it in the venturi mechanism 5 and it is possible to continue to supply oil mist as long as there is reserved oil in the pressure oil tank.
